How do you offer such competitive rates?

Our company is based online, meaning our operational costs are low which are then passed onto you, the landlord.

Why do you charge fixed fees when other competitors charge a percentage based on rental income?

Landlords who pay more agent fees based on their rental income receive no further benefit or service. We feel this is unfair and think that a fixed fee pricing model delivers a more cost effective solution to Landlords.

Why do you only offer a fully managed service?

The whole renting process can be very time consuming and daunting for Landlords who choose to manage their own properties.

We feel that we can deliver an encompassing service which takes the hassle out of the rental process at a very competitive rate, meaning Landlords can focus their attention on other projects.
